AFTER COMPLETING YOUR CLUB RACE RESULTS:

Create a WinSpeed merge file by clicking Merge Data, then Make Merge File. In the Save Merge File window, click the drop-down arrow to the right of Save in: box and select a destination you can find later. If you are going to save the file to a disk, select the appropriate drive. If you will send it from the same computer as you create the file, you can simply save the file in a specific place on your c: drive.

In the File Name box, please name the file as follows:

CLUB race station MMDD.dat

(For example: GSC salem 527.dat, TG cottage 617.dat, MRI ashland 63.dat)

Note: When naming the merge.dat file, spaces are acceptable, but not slashes (/).

Next, click the Save button and select the appropriate week (the current race). You will get a prompt telling you that the merge file has been saved.

Exit WinSpeed and open your email program. Address an email to me at: raceresults@yahoo.com, attach the merge file created in the step above, and send it off!  When I get it and if it doesn't merge correctly, I'll send it back to you with a note.
